As a full-time Housemaster or Housemistress, you’ll shape this experience, leading a boarding house that feels like home and creating a warm, purposeful community grounded in trust, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.
This is a role that blends leadership with care, structure with spontaneity, and everyday routines with life-defining moments. From morning check-ins to evening reflections, weekend outings to cherished house traditions, you’ll set the tone and rhythm of daily life. Working alongside a close-knit in-house team, and in regular contact with parents, tutors and academic staff, you’ll support each student’s wellbeing and development — helping them navigate challenges, grow in confidence, and flourish as individuals.
